# Средний балл по форме оценки

Этот виджет показывает общий средний балл по одной конкретной форме оценки, с помощью которого совершали проверку звонков.

И по формуле рассчитывает число:

*(сумма всех средних баллов каждого выбранного звонка / общее количество выбранных звонков) = общий средний балл по форме оценки.*

### При выборе диапазона дат что считается?

Виджет ориентируется только на дату совершения звонков, а значит собирает все звонки, которые *были совершены в выбранный вами период*, и из них выбирает только оцененные по указанному вами чек-листу (и не важно, когда проводилась эта оценка - ее дата вполне может не совпадать с указанным сейчас диапазоном дат).

### Какие задачи решает виджет?

Если у вас четко выстроена шкала системы оценки в форме оценки, то этот общий средний балл покажет, в каком диапазоне "хорошо-плохо" находится, например, ваш отдел в целом за выбранный период.

Или если вы используете под каждый проект (обзвон по акции, например) свою форму оценки для контроля его выполнения на короткий промежуток времени, то виджет с постоянным обновлением будет показывать уровень соответствия стандартам выполнения данного процесса всеми задействованными в нем сотрудниками.
