# Динамика средней продолжительности звонка по сотрудникам

Этот виджет в виде графика показывает изменение средней продолжительности звонков у каждого сотрудника в определенные отрезки времени. Формат отображения шкалы Y - мм:сс (минуты : секунды).

### При выборе диапазона дат что считается?

Виджет ориентируется только на дату совершения звонков. Это значит, что при выборе диапазона даты "сегодня" виджет посчитает все звонки, которые были совершены с 00:01 по "сейчас" сегодняшнего дня.

А если вы выберите статус проверки *"Оцененные"*, то посчитает все звонки, которые были *совершены* с 00:01 по "сейчас" сегодняшнего дня и при этом *по ним есть проверки* (и не важно, когда проводилась эта проверка - ее дата вполне может не совпадать со сегодняшней).

### Какие задачи решает виджет?

Главная цель - показать динамику изменения продолжительности разговоров операторов и сравнить их друг с другом. Если динамика у всех совпадает, то изменения касаются всего отдела и нагрузка растет или падает равномерно. Но если чьи-то показатели выделяются из толпы, то можно однозначно сделать вывод о сложностях в общении у конкретного оператора. Тогда стоит обратить внимание на количество его звонков и уделить больше внимание проверкам.
